The equipment tank body adopts imported high-quality acid-resistant and high-quality PP plastic hardboard, which is processed and welded at high temperature, and the manufacturing structure is firm. Anti-acid and alkali, greatly improving its service life.

The tank liquid is made of high purity medicinal liquid from the United States, and the anode basket and heating tube are made of titanium metal material. The material is stable and the service life is long. The filter system adopts self-priming filter pump group, which has high efficiency, strong stirring, low working noise and long service life. It is suitable for continuous work at full load throughout the year. High frequency power supply is used. Intelligent timer soft rise automatic control, stable and reliable, LCD working parameters are clear at a glance; the whole system has high replication efficiency, uniform replication, low stress; reasonable equipment design, simple structure, high degree of automation, easy operation and maintenance, especially suitable for continuous replication needs of holographic moulding industry.
